
Khaled Madin is a Partner of Madin & Madin, LLC and is licensed in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Madin practices in the areas of real estate, wills, trusts, estate planning and administration, municipal law, administrative law, criminal law, business law.
Currently, Mr. Madin’s involvement in local government has provided him with experience in municipal matters, including but not limited to DWI/DUI, drug-related offenses, ordinance violations, matters involving the Open Public Records Act (OPRA), matters involving the Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA), licensing matters including liquor licensing, traffic infractions including DWI/DUI, to name a few.
Mr. Madin’s involvement with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office has provided him with a unique perspective in navigating the channels of state government, law, and policy. Mr. Madin has appeared before licensing Boards such as veterinary, accountancy, and cemetery licensing boards and has appeared in courts on the municipal, county, and State level representing clients in various legal matters.
Mr. Madin is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Chambers of Commerce. Dedicated to serving his community, Mr. Madin is active in a number of New Jersey charitable organizations including the Kiwanis Club and the 200 Club, to name a few. Mr. Madin also sits on the Board of Commissioners for Morris County CrimeStoppers and is a member of the FBI Newark Citizens Academy.
